Welcome to Longtown Community Centre
About Us
Since its opening in 1924 the Community Centre has been at the heart of the community. It has played an important role in the lives of local people providing a venue for a wide of community, social, public, celebrations, works, exhibitions etc.
We work with local services and agencies providing well equipped rooms and spaces to host meetings, events and health and well – being activities. We support community led action through support, advice and facilities eg indoor bowling, young people’s activities. We also deliver services such as supporting young people, the elderly etc.
